Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.
You also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, for any reason and with no justification.
Product returns must be agreed in advance by email or phone, tel. (045) 6764 330. Only pre-agreed returns are taken into account.
Products must be returned intact and free of defects and all belong to the parts involved. The returned product must be in the original packaging.
Software or other sealed products can not be returned if the product packaging has been opened.
The purchase price refund
Top Sound will pay the purchase price back to the customer's bank account within 30 days of the return date. We reserve the right to inspect and approve the return shipments. If the returned product is not in its original condition.
Top Sound reserves the right to reduce the value of the product decline or the value of the missing equipment from the refundable purchase price.
